Role Responsibilities

Handle international customer calls (voice process) Understand customer queries and provide clear resolutions Communicate product/service benefits in a simple and convincing way Perform upselling and cross-selling based on customer requirements Drive sales through professional conversation and follow-ups Achieve daily/weekly sales and support targets Maintain accuracy and quality on every interaction

Who We Are Looking For

Graduates only (any stream) Minimum

1 year of international voice, customer support, tele-sales, or BPO sales experience

Strong verbal communication in English Comfortable with a sales+support blended process Candidates willing to relocate to Jaipur Applicants from

Salary Range

1 year experience:

?40,000 - ?44,000 per month (CTC)

2+ years experience:

?44,000 - ?46,000 per month (CTC) Attractive performance incentives based on sales and quality
