Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Handling international customer queries professionally Understanding customer needs and offering the most relevant solutions Pitching products or services clearly and confidently Performing upselling and cross-selling whenever suitable Closing sales while maintaining quality and compliance Documenting customer interactions accurately
This is a mix of customer support and sales, ideal for candidates who enjoy communication, problem-solving, and consultative selling.

Salary Structure

1 year experience:

INR 40,000 - 44,000 per month

2+ years experience:

INR 44,000 - 46,000 per month Salary depends on communication skills, process knowledge, sales ability, and interview performance.

Relocation Support

For candidates relocating from any city in India, the company provides:

Air/train tickets Relocation bonus Hotel accommodation for

14 days

after joining Smooth onboarding support

Eligibility Criteria

Graduates only

(mandatory) Minimum

1 year experience

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) Comfortable working from the office in Jaipur Willing to work in rotational or night shifts (international process)
