We are growing our International Customer Support & Sales team in Jaipur and looking for people who genuinely enjoy talking to customers, resolving their queries, and confidently pitching the right products/services. This role is a mix of

customer support + sales

, where you will guide customers, build trust, and close sales through meaningful conversations.

If you have strong English communication skills, at least 1 year of international voice or sales experience, and want a stable, well-structured role with growth--this opportunity is for you.

What You Will Be Doing

Handling inbound calls / chats from international customers Listening to customer queries and providing clear and helpful solutions Explaining product/service details in a simple, confident, and customer-friendly manner Giving professional sales pitches wherever required Performing

upselling

and

cross-selling

based on customer needs Closing sales while maintaining a positive customer experience Working towards daily/weekly sales and quality targets

Salary

1 year experience:

?40,000 - ?44,000 per month (CTC)

2+ years experience:

?44,000 - ?46,000 per month (CTC)
