We're hiring a Customer Service Executive to connect with incoming Prospective B2B Customer leads, qualify them, and drive them forward in the sales pipeline. This role is perfect for
fresh graduates or early-career professionals
with strong communication skills who want to build a career in Sales/ Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with incoming B2B prospective leads via calls, emails, and digital platforms.
Qualify leads, understand their needs, and pitch relevant solutions.
Maintain follow-ups and ensure leads progress smoothly in the pipeline.
Update records regularly with accurate data.
Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads.
Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead conversions up to the pre-closure stage.
Upskill and prepare for eventual transition into full closure.
Requirements
Strong
verbal and written communication skills
(English + Hindi preferred).
Fresh graduates welcome; prior sales internship/experience is a plus.
Confidence to handle calls and engage with Customers.
Quick learner and adaptable.
Basic knowledge MS Office.
