We are hiring

Customer Support Executives

for an international process at our Jaipur office.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy speaking with customers, understanding their needs, offering suitable solutions, pitching the products and closing the sales.

Jaipur, Rajasthan

What you will do:

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for international clients
Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions
Recommend relevant products or services when appropriate
Perform upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs
Maintain professional communication and close interactions positively

Eligibility:

Graduation is mandatory
Minimum

1 year of experience

in international customer support or sales process
Excellent spoken English communication skills
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Willing to relocate to Jaipur (relocation support provided)

Salary:

1 year experience:

?40,000 - ?44,000 per month

2+ years experience:

?44,000 - ?46,000 per month
The salary starts from ?30,000 CTC for freshers in other international processes in the same company.
