. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, assisting them in their purchases, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience that reflects the premium values of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet customers with a warm and professional attitude. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories. Drive sales by engaging customers effectively and achieving sales targets. Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards. Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally. Manage billing, returns, and exchanges efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section. Support inventory management and stock audits when required. Collaborate with team members to achieve store performance goals.

Key Skills & Requirements:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for fashion and retail customer service. Prior experience in apparel or textile retail is an advantage. Ability to handle pressure and multitask. Proficiency in local language; English/Hindi added advantage. Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary or Graduate.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
