Lead Management- Call and follow up on all inquiries received through ads, website, walk-ins and social media.- Enter every lead accurately into the CRM (Sell.do or equivalent) with complete details.- Update lead status daily (Fresh/Interested/Site Visit/Negotiation/Lost/Booked).2. Client Profiling- Gather and record client details:- Name, contact number, location, and company.- Purpose (Own use/Investment).- Budget range and timeline.- Funding type (own/bank loan).- Identify decision-makers and level of seriousness.3. Follow-Up & Coordination- Schedule and confirm site visits.- Coordinate with the Sales Head for appointments and client handovers.- Send project details via WhatsApp / email immediately after the first call.- Maintain a structured follow-up plan (D1, D3, D7, D15 cycles).4. Communication & Conversion- Present Sanbrix projects confidently, highlighting location, ROI, quality, and exclusivity.- Explain the brand's unique positioning ("Limited, Exclusive, Prime, Landmark").- Handle basic client objections and transfer qualified leads to the Sales Team.5. Reporting & Documentation- Prepare a daily call summary: total calls made, follow-ups done, site visits fixed, conversions achieved.- Report to the Sales Head every evening with status updates.6.
