We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
to support our US-based clients. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service through voice, chat, or email channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails from US customers.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, billing, or technical issues.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and SOPs.
Meet performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, first call resolution, and quality.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Work closely with team leaders and supervisors to meet daily targets.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
