24x7 rotational shifts

Work Details:
5 working days per week with 2 rotational weekly offs
9.5 hours per day (1-hour break)
No planned leaves for the first 3 months
3 months paid training with final certification
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound international customer calls professionally
Resolve queries related to e-commerce products and services
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team as required
Meet KPIs and quality standards while delivering excellent customer service
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
