Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints effectively by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified timelines.
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and maintain positive relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Proven customer support or client service experience.
Strong phone handling skills with active listening ability.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Prior experience in customer service or support roles will be an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Open to both freshers and experienced and undergraduate candidates.
Background in BPO or telesales (domestic and international).
Fluency in English is mandatory.
