We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented

Customer Support Executives

to join our insurance team. This role is ideal for freshers who can communicate effectively in

Hindi

and provide excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in

. Assist customers with insurance queries, policy information, and claims support. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues with empathy and professionalism. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide guidance on insurance products and services to customers.

Requirements:

Fluent in

Hindi

(spoken and written) - must. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools. Willingness to work in a

fast-paced insurance environment

. Fresher candidates are welcome; 0-2 years experience is acceptable.
