The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by handling customer interactions, assisting at game counters, ensuring floor discipline, and maintaining high service standards at the centre.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and ensure a welcoming experience.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively and professionally.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards on the floor.
Coordinate with operations and technical teams for smooth centre functioning.
Maintain attendance, shift timing, and grooming standards as per company policy.
Promote offers, memberships, and events happening at the centre.
Assist in managing inventory for game counters and redemption items.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
Basic computer and billing knowledge.
Team player with professional appearance and conduct.
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum 10+2 or Graduate in any stream.
Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and enthusiasm for customer service may also apply.
Work Schedule:
Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Timings as per centre operations (e.g., 10 AM - 11 PM for males, 10 AM-7 PM & -11AM- 8 PM for females).
