We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position exclusively for Mumbai-based candidates.
Qualifications:
HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or Graduate Any Stream
Minimum 06 Months - 1 year of experience in a similar role
Candidates must reside in Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through voice process, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions, following up to ensure resolution.
Maintain and update customer records and databases accurately.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service delivery.
Requirements:
Experience in customer service or a related field.
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions effectively.
Comfortable working night shifts to align with US time zones.
Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote work environment.
Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
