Handle incoming customer queries over call/chat (domestic process).

Provide accurate information and resolve issues professionally.

Maintain customer satisfaction with polite and effective communication.

Update customer details and follow internal procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

Freshers and experienced both can apply.

Good communication skills in Hindi/English or regional language.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to work in rotational shifts (if required).

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ?12,000 - ?18,000 per month (depending on location & experience).
