Customer Relationship Executive I Industry Type: Tea Manufacturing
1. Offering samples to brokers (generation of Offer Sample & coordinating with peon for delivery)
2. Collection of Despatch advise from Brokers and hand over to Sales DEO
3. Follow up with transporter for Builty (which is a transport receipt that serves as a contract between a sender and carrier for shipping goods. It acts as a receipt and contains crucial details like sender/receiver information, goods description, and origin/destination.)
4. Handover of Invoice & Builty to Broker
5. Ensuring bills are generated for tea sold on time (both garden/HO)
6. Tracking collection of funds
7. Follow up with broker regarding payment8Updating Auction Catalogue
9. Courier Management (Incoming/Outgoing)
10. Reporting Complaints (Internal / External) to the management and tracking them
11. Handling online sale of our products-accepting order, packaging, despatch , tracking order status and its payment
12. In future, we will also do tea tourism in our garden, handling booking and all activities regarding it from HO
Basic Requirement
1. Know MS-Office particularly Word & Excel
2. Good Communication Skills
3. Monthly Gross Salary-18-20K
