Provide administrative support to the operations team, such as answering phones and maintaining records. Assist with organizing shipments by booking space on ships, planes, or trucks. Help prepare and process shipping and customs documents, including bills of lading and invoices. Liaise with clients and carriers to provide customer service and status updates. Support with tasks like sorting proof of deliveries (PODs) and opening job files. Develop and maintain filing systems. Communicate with suppliers to organize shipments.
