Assesses customers issues &takes appropriate actions to ensure the customers needs are satisfied. Be proactive &take initiatives to explore & learn about the product that we offer Understand standard operation procedures and delivers services that is according to the quality standards set by the company

Good communication skills of Hindi ,English and Bengali

Must have knowledge of Excel and word

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
