Roles & Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting the workshop.
Handle customer inquiries related to vehicle services, parts, and repairs.
Provide information about service packages, pricing, and available promotions.
Schedule appointments for vehicle servicing and follow up on customer feedback.
Address customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely delivery of services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and service histories.
Support in administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and handling payment processes.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolutions and follow-ups.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 0.5 to 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive or related field.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with a positive and professional attitude.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of automotive services is a plus but not mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Education:
Minimum qualification: High School Graduate; preferably with a background in customer service or a related field.
