Job Summary

:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. This role involves handling customer queries, providing support across multiple channels, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The position requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts and includes cab support during odd hours.

Key Responsibilities

:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience. Meet performance targets including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
