Customer Service Representative
to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently. You will play a key role in delivering a great customer experience and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or other channels in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns, determining the cause, and offering effective solutions.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
Identify and report recurring customer issues or trends for process improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficient in using Ms office
