Customer Service Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle
calls
, assist potential and existing clients with queries related to
gold loan settlement
, convert leads into customers, and ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
? Make outbound calls to
follow up on leads
generated through campaigns or referrals.
? Clearly explain our
gold loan settlement services
to clients in a professional and trustworthy manner.
? Handle
inbound customer inquiries
, resolve doubts, and provide accurate information.
? Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads and assist them throughout the service journey.
? Convert leads into
successful closures
through persuasive communication and strong product knowledge.
? Build and maintain long-term
customer relationships
by providing timely assistance and support.
? Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
1 year experienced Proven experience in
telecalling / customer service / sales
(preferred in financial or loan services).
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi, English
(regional language proficiency is a plus).
Confident, polite, and customer-centric approach.
Ability to handle objections and explain financial solutions clearly.
Basic computer skills and knowledge.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
