Responsibility

: Take ownership of customer issues Trouble shoot problems and see them through to resolution
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments
Maintain customer database

Academic Qualification

: Graduate

Shift based on site job- Morning(7 AM - 4 PM), General Shift (10AM - 7PM), Evening Shift (12 PM to 9PM)Proficiency in English - Written and oral communication

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,672.49 - ?20,293.49 per month
