Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in travel booking, billing, or chauffeur services, along with strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:


Handle back-office operations related to travel bookings, billing, and chauffeur services.


Process and verify travel and billing transactions accurately.


Address and resolve customer queries effectively via email and phone.


Analyze data and generate reports to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.


Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional efforts and client acquisition.


Assist in maintaining records and databases to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.

Qualifications:


Experience in travel booking, billing, chauffeur services, hospitality or travel industry is preferred.


Strong mathematical skills with a keen analytical mindset.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Proven experience in handling customer queries and providing effective resolutions.


Sales and marketing experience is a plus.
