Job Overview:

We are hiring Customer Success Associates for an international voice process (Reach Mobile). The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication and prior international customer support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and provide accurate resolutions. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain process quality standards. Record and update all interactions in CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams for query resolution.

Requirements:

Graduate (any stream) Strong English communication skills Prior international customer support experience (mandatory) Willing to work in rotational shifts
