The Service Executive is responsible for managing customer service operations at the Bajaj Auto service center, ensuring timely service, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers at the service desk
Understand vehicle complaints and open job cards
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians
Ensure availability of Bajaj genuine spare parts
Update customers on service status, cost, and delivery time
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and accurate billing
Handle customer feedback and service-related complaints
Maintain service records as per Bajaj Auto standards

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
