Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally and empathetically
Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues
Provide accurate information and ensure first-call resolution whenever possible
Problem Solving & Escalation
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or supervisors
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
