Customer Service Representative (US Support Night Shift)

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support US-based clients during night shift hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, managing back-office support activities, and ensuring accurate documentation and coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end customer service support to US clients via phone and email
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, including cold calling when required
• Cover front-desk activities, including answering phones and greeting visitors professionally
• Manage client communication and coordination, ensuring timely responses
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients and internal teams
• Prepare, share, and track quotations as per client requirements
• Perform back-office operations, including data entry, record maintenance, and reporting
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and transactions
• Ensure compliance with company processes and service standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 3 years of experience in Customer Service / Client Support / Back Office Operations
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) mandatory
• Experience in client handling and cold calling
• Strong documentation and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional attitude with good interpersonal skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience supporting US customers or international clients
• Comfortable working in night shift schedules
• Ability to multitask and handle high-volume communication
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
