Customer Service Executives

to manage customer calls, resolve queries, and deliver excellent service. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome; BPO experience is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound customer calls

(US Healthcare process)

Resolve queries with accuracy and professionalism Maintain call records and meet performance targets Upsell/cross-sell products where applicable

Requirements



Graduate/12th pass with strong English communication Clear voice, accent neutrality, and basic computer knowledge Willingness to work in

night shifts

Age: 18 years and above
