International Call Center Customer Service Representatives

to support

US Motor Vehicle Insurance

clients. This role involves handling insurance-related customer interactions, clarifying policy guidelines, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with excellent spoken English and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

inbound and outbound calls

for US motor vehicle insurance customers Respond to customer queries related to

insurance coverage, guidelines, and documentation

Provide accurate, clear, and professional information while ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain detailed and accurate call records and update internal systems Follow compliance guidelines and quality standards consistently Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues Meet performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer experience

Requirements

Experience:

0-1 year in an international voice process

Language Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication in

English (mandatory)

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to handle calls professionally in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work in

US shifts / night shifts

Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn new systems
