We are looking for a
Customer Service Executive
to connect with
Alibaba sellers
, handle their queries, and provide online training and support to help them use the platform effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with Alibaba sellers via call, chat, and email
Understand and resolve seller queries related to accounts, listings, and platform usage
Provide
online training and guidance
to sellers on Alibaba tools and features
Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues
Maintain records of interactions and follow up when required
Build positive relationships with sellers to improve satisfaction
Requirements:
Graduate or equivalent qualification
Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
Customer service or tele-calling experience is an advantage
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus
Comfortable with online tools and virtual training
Willing to work from
Noida location
