Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer queries via calls / chat / email
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and within defined TAT
Maintain proper call quality and compliance standards
Accurately update customer information in the system
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
Ensure a positive customer experience at all times
Eligibility Criteria
Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
Graduation preferred (HSC can be considered with relevant experience)
Fresher / Experienced candidates welcome
