Job Title: Customer Relationship Associate

Location: Noida Sector 2

Salary: ?15,000 per month

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Associate to join our team at an NGO in Noida Sector 2. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our programs, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Encourage and support clients to participate in NGO programs

- Understand client needs and recommend suitable programs

- Update CRM or lead sheet with accurate and timely information

- Follow up with interested leads and address their queries

- Participate in outreach activities to increase awareness about NGO programs

- Build strong relationships with clients and meet their needs

- Collaborate with the team to achieve NGO goals

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong customer service orientation

- Knowledge of CRM and other software

- Time management and organizational skills

- Good communication in English and Hindi

Experience: 0-2 years

Education: Graduate
