Good communication skills (Versant 3/4 as per requirement) Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a blended process (Calls + Chat/Email) Basic English & Hindi speaking proficiency Good problem-solving ability Patience and professionalism during customer interactions

Salary



?14,000 - ?16,000 (In-hand)


Shift & Working Hours



9-hour shift

(including 1-hour break)

Male:

6:00 AM - 12:00 AM

Female:

6:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week Off


Roles & Responsibilities



Handle customer queries through calls and chat/email Provide accurate information and resolution Maintain quality and productivity standards Ensure excellent customer experience Follow process guidelines and adhere to shift schedules
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
