Basic English & Hindi speaking proficiency
Good problem-solving ability
Patience and professionalism during customer interactions

?14,000 - ?16,000 (In-hand)
Shift & Working Hours
9-hour shift
(including 1-hour break)
Male:
6:00 AM - 12:00 AM
Female:
6:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week Off

Handle customer queries through calls and chat/email
Provide accurate information and resolution
Maintain quality and productivity standards
Ensure excellent customer experience
Follow process guidelines and adhere to shift schedules
