Job Summary:

The Process Executive - Vahan will be responsible for managing and executing all activities related to the VAHAN portal and vehicle registration process. This includes data entry, verification of vehicle documents, coordination with RTO offices, and ensuring compliance with transport department norms.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily operations in the VAHAN system, including registration, transfer, hypothecation, and permit updates. Verify vehicle and owner details in accordance with RTO and Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) standards. Maintain accurate digital and physical records for all transactions. Coordinate with RTO officers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or system errors. Generate and submit periodic reports related to VAHAN activities. Ensure adherence to data privacy and government compliance protocols. Support process improvement and automation initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

12th Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Good communication and coordination skills.
