Responsibilities
Handle inbound international customer calls (voice process)
Guide customers on billing, payments, and service changes
Record customer details & call outcomes in CRM
Work with supervisors for escalated issues
Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduate/Graduate with minimum 1 year of international voice process experience
Excellent communication in English
Knowledge of computer basics
