Eligibility:



Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate Language: Hindi & English (both mandatory) Versant Level 4 required Minimum 6 months of experience in voice process

Salary:



Undergraduate - ?15,000 Graduate - ?16,000

Shifts:

Rotational (6 AM - 12 AM) | 9 hrs including 1 hr break

Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries via voice support Provide resolutions & ensure customer satisfaction Maintain records & escalate when required Good communication, problem-solving & basic computer skills Flexible to work in rotational shifts
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
