Customer Support Executive
Role: Assist in managing and resolving delivery partner (riders) issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with delivery partners to schedule/adjust rides.
Address and resolve delivery-related queries or complaints.
Maintain records of rider interactions and ride schedules.
Ensure smooth communication between riders and operations team.
Skills Required:
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic computer/Excel knowledge.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
