As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, solve problems, maintain records, and reach out to potential clients. You will play an important role in delivering a smooth and positive experience to all customers.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Resolve customer complaints and support return/refund processes Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Reach out to potential customers through email, LinkedIn, calls, and messages Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction Ensure professionalism, empathy, and quick problem-solving

Qualifications

Freshers are allowed to apply

High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills (verbal & written) Ability to multitask and handle challenges Positive attitude and customer-first mindset Comfortable connecting with clients through multiple channels
