Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Provide
backend support
for customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Manage B2B client relationships, maintaining a high standard of service.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
backend support
or
customer service
, preferably in B2B environments.
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support tools is a plus.
