Hiring - Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Kukatpally, Hyderabad

Salary:

?15,000 per month (in-hand)

Minimum

10th / 12th Pass or Graduate

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers and deliver excellent customer service Explain and demonstrate games to customers Handle cashiering and billing processes Maintain a professional and friendly customer experience
Working Hours

9-hour shifts per day

1 weekly off

Public holidays & weekends are working days

Shift Timings (Rotational)

Female Employees:

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM | 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM |
12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Male Employees:

1:00 PM - 10:00 PM | 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM |
3:00 PM - 12:00 AM | 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Note:

Candidates must be flexible to work

all shifts during the first 15 days

of joining.
