Digital Areo manages customer operations for multiple transport services in Australia
and other transport brands. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to
handle calls, chats, and bookings during the morning shift. You will be responsible for
delivering prompt, polite, and accurate assistance to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp, and chat messages quickly
Record and confirm bookings in Zoho CRM
Share fare quotes, payment links, and trip details
Coordinate with drivers and the operations team for dispatch updates
Handle customer concerns and escalate to the manager if needed
Explain payment, refund, and cancellation policies clearly
Maintain records and follow communication SOPs
Support follow up calls and lead conversions when required
Requirements
Experience in taxi, transport, or hospitality customer service preferred
Excellent English communication (spoken and written)
Confident phone manner and polite tone
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Knowledge of Zoho CRM or similar tools preferred
Performance Expectations
Answer calls within 1 minute
Maintain booking accuracy and customer satisfaction
Escalate unresolved issues during the same shift
