Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and messages in a professional manner.
Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and accurately.
Document all interactions and maintain records in the system.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Work in rotational shifts including weekends and night shifts as needed.
Requirements:
0-1 year of experience in customer service or related field (freshers welcome).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and [insert local language, if any].
