Voice-Based Customer Support Executive

to join our team at our hair extension salon in Chennai. This role will involve handling customer inquiries and providing excellent support through voice calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills in both

English and Tamil

, with a keen ability to manage appointments, resolve client complaints, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

:

Client Interaction

: Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively on

WhatsApp

and

Instagram

, offering information about services, pricing, and products. Handle appointment bookings, confirmations, and rescheduling through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Complaint Resolution

: Address and resolve client complaints or issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Provide solutions to customers' concerns related to hair extensions, services, or other salon-related matters. Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

Appointment Management

: Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments based on client availability and salon capacity. Ensure that clients are well-informed about their appointments, services, and any required preparations. Maintain an organized record of all client appointments, ensuring no overlap or scheduling conflicts.

Customer Engagement

: Engage with clients on social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp) to promote services, share offers, and respond to inquiries. Follow up with clients post-appointment to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with services provided.

Administrative Support

: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, complaints, and feedback in the salon's CRM system. Work with the Manager for salon's inventory of hair extensions, ensuring products are available for upcoming appointments.

Key Skills and Qualifications

:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, business, or a beauty-related field is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Tamil

(spoken and written).

Minimum 1-2 years of experience

in customer service or voice-based support (experience in the beauty/wellness industry is a plus). Ability to handle high volumes of calls and messages with patience and professionalism. Familiarity with managing customer support via

WhatsApp

Instagram

, and other messaging platforms. Proficient in basic computer applications and salon management software. Ability to handle customer complaints calmly, professionally, and with a problem-solving approach.

Multitasking skills
