We are hiring a
Customer Service Representative
with
6 months to 1 year of experience
to manage both
existing and new customers
. The role requires providing
regular shipment updates
, handling customer queries, and ensuring clear communication between customers and the operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
existing and new customer communications
via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Share
shipment status updates at the beginning and end of each working day
Coordinate with the operations team for accurate tracking information
Respond to customer queries related to
pickup, transit, delivery, and delays
Maintain records of customer interactions and shipment updates
Assist new customers with
basic logistics and service information
Ensure timely, professional, and clear customer communication
Preparing MIS report for each customers and analyse the GAP
Requirements & Skills:
6 months to 1 year experience
in customer service or logistics-related role
Basic knowledge of logistics / courier operations
Strong
spoken and written English
(mandatory)
Good customer-handling and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple customer updates daily
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic systems
