Job Title : Customer service Executive - Blinds Support
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with production team to ensure timely closure of retailer complaints related to blinds.
Update and manage live dealer grievance tracker in coordination with the central team.
Maintain a customer-first approach in all interactions with retailers and dealers.
Draft clear, professional emails and updates related to complaint status and resolutions.
Publish daily closure status reports and compile weekly/monthly complaint summaries.
Hindi Language (Speaking) is Mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,770.62 per month
