emHealth is the largest diagnostic network in Chennai.
We are providing Lab Tests, Scans, Doctor, Dietitian, Physiotherapist Consultation & Nursing Services.
We have an opening for
Customer service representative !
Education:
Plus two /any degree preferably biochemistry, microbiology, pathology, dietitian or any medical / paramedical related course.
The JD includes
1. Handling both Incoming & Outgoing calls
2. Identify the client requirement, provide required details & convince them to book an appointment.
3. Fluency in Tamil & English must. Additional languages would be added advantage
Desirable qualities are good communication skills, presence of mind, interest in telesales
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
