Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support.
Assist customers with product/service-related queries and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing professional and courteous support.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
Maintain and update customer databases regularly.
