Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Respond to customer inquiries quickly and accurately
Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
Requirements:

Must be fluent in

Kannada and English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure and remain calm with upset customers
Willingness to work on-site
Basic computer knowledge

Any degree

is acceptable
Freshers are encouraged to apply (training will be provided)
Prior experience in customer service is a plus
