Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via phone, email & chat.
Provide end-to-end customer support & issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations.
Maintain CRM records & prepare support reports.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/IT preferred).
1-3 years of experience in customer support.
Good communication skills (English, Tamil preferred).
Problem-solving & multitasking ability.
