Customer Interaction:



Greeting customers and understanding their service needs.

Listening to customer complaints and documenting them accurately.

Explaining recommended services and potential costs to customers.

Providing clear and concise communication throughout the repair process.

Handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively.

Service Coordination:



Scheduling service appointments and managing work orders.

Consulting with technicians about required repairs and alternatives.

Coordinating with the parts department for timely parts procurement.

Ensuring all service documentation is accurate and complete.

Following up with customers to update them on their vehicle's status.

Administrative Tasks:



Preparing detailed service orders and estimates.

Maintaining customer records and service history.

Processing payments and handling invoices.

Technical Knowledge:



Possessing a strong understanding of motorcycle maintenance and repair procedures.

Staying up-to-date with the latest technology and service recommendations.

Quality Assurance:



Ensuring that all services are performed to the highest quality standards.

Adhering to safety regulations and company policies.

Conducting follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
